We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your Gilty Couture Jewelry. Use it. Enjoy it. Show it off. If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it. All products should be returned in the original state they were received including packaging and other contents. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.

Should your merchandise become defective within 90 days following your purchase date, we will gladly accept the item back to our warehouse and have a jeweler professionally inspect it and determine the proper course of action. Gilty Couture stands behind their merchandise and will try to repair it first - and should that not be possible, we will replace the item with a brand new one. In the event that we are unsuccessful in repairing or replacing the item due to a lack of stock or a discontinued item, we will issue a full refund against the item in the same form of payment that was initially used to purchase the item. Repairs and replacements within the 90 day warranty period are free of charge to our customers. However products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be covered under our free repair warranty.

All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the free gift.

To return, exchange or replace your online purchase, please follow these simple steps:
  1. Call customer service at 214.459.3400 or email us at returns@giltycouture.com to obtain a return authorization number.
  2. Pack items to be returned and write your return authorization number on the outside of the box.
  3. Make arrangements with a secure carrier to have your package delivered. We recommend using a traceable service and insuring the shipment for the value of the returned merchandise.

    Once we receive your return it will be processed by our returns specialists. For any refunds, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within ten business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first.

    Orders purchased at other online outlets or retail outlets:
    If you purchased your product through an authorized Gilty Couture reseller or distributor (listed in our website) you may be eligible for a full credit within the reseller/distributor's return policy. You should contact the location where you purchased the product, as return/warranty policies may vary. Gilty Couture cannot accept product returns of products purchased through a reseller or distributor. However if the answer that you receive from our distributors is not satisfactory, please email us and we will analyze the case and help you solve the issue. Gilty Couture warranty will ONLY be applicable if the product purchase is legitimated by an order number and an invoice from any of the authorized resellers/distributors.
